1 reason:
拌铲或刮板松脱或翘曲致使和搅拌筒碰撞。

拌铲转动不灵运转声异常

1、搅拌装置缓冲弹簧失效。

2、拌合料中有大颗粒物料卡住拌铲。

1、卸料门封闭不严密。

排出方法：

1、调整卸料底板下方的螺栓，使卸料门封闭严密。

2、残存的粘结物料。

上料斗运行不平稳

4原因：

上料轨道翘曲不平，料斗滚轮接触不良。
