1、普通气刹的驻车制动只能在货车静止的情况下使用,因为其制动力矩是作用在传动轴上,如果在小型搅拌车行驶当中使用,极易造成传动轴和后桥的严重超载荷,还可能因差速器壳被抱死而发生左右两车轮的旋转方向相反,致使货车制动时跑偏甚掉头。
1. The parking brake of ordinary air brake can only be used when the truck is still, because its braking torque acts on the transmission shaft. If it is used in the driving of small mixer, it is easy to cause serious overload on the transmission shaft and the rear axle, and the rotation direction of the left and right wheels may be opposite due to the locking of the differential case, resulting in the deviation or even U-turn of the truck during braking.
但储能弹簧制动则不然,相反因为储能弹簧驻车制动行程大于行车制动行程,在行车制动力不足的情况下,还可以使用储能弹簧助力进行应急制动。所以储能弹簧制动不仅可以作驻车制动,还可以作应急制动。所以断气刹式制动系统与普通气刹相比,在制动稳定性和性方面更胜一筹。

On the contrary, because the parking brake stroke of the energy storage spring is greater than that of the service brake, the energy storage spring can be used to assist the emergency braking when the service braking force is insufficient. Therefore, the energy storage spring brake can be used not only for parking brake, but also for emergency braking. 2、油刹结构简单,安装空间小,只是需要刹车总泵、分泵、油杯及连接管路,不需要其他的附属设备;气刹就复杂多了,除了刹车总泵、分泵、刹车管路外,还有打气泵、储气筒、高压控制器、继动阀等部件,需要安装空间大,结构较复杂,而且为了确保,后刹车分泵现在都是断气刹车。

It only needs the brake master cylinder, sub cylinder, oil cup and connecting pipeline, and no other auxiliary equipment is needed; The air brake is much more complicated. In addition to the brake master cylinder, slave cylinder and brake pipeline, there are also air pump, air reservoir, high-pressure controller, relay valve and other components. The installation space is large and the structure is complex. In order to ensure safety, the rear brake sub cylinder is now air cut brake.
3、常规刹车是手刹锁住传动轴,脚刹时由压缩空气进入制动气室锁住车轮。在手刹或传动轴机械故障时,手刹失灵;在气泵、管路、储气筒、制动阀任何一个部位故障时,脚刹失灵。而断气刹车就可有效避免这些危险

4、断气刹制动气室内有个强力弹簧,行车时压缩空气将弹簧顶起。手刹车就是把气放掉,让弹簧把刹车锁死。行车中气压过低时也会产生刹车效应,保证。
