一、行车前，要认真检查车辆状况，保障车辆能行驶。

二、混凝土搅拌机在露天停放时，装料前应将搅拌筒反转，将积水和杂物排出，以保证混凝土的质量。

2、 When the concrete mixer is parked in the open air, the mixing drum should be reversed before loading to discharge water and debris, so as to ensure the quality of concrete.

三、在运输混凝土时，要保证斜料槽放置牢固，防止因松动造成摆动，在行进中打伤行人或影响其它车辆正常运行 ，同时要注意避免混凝土溢出污染地面。

3、 When transporting concrete, it is necessary to ensure that the inclined trough is placed firmly to prevent swinging due to looseness, which may injure pedestrians or affect the normal operation of other vehicles. At the same time, attention should be paid to avoid concrete spillage polluting the ground.

四、混凝土搅拌机运送混凝土的时间不能超过搅拌站规定的时间。运送混凝土途中，搅拌筒不得长时间停转，以防混凝土产生离析现象。司机应时常观察混凝土情况，发现异常及时通报主控室，申请做出处理。

4、 The time for concrete mixer to transport concrete shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing plant. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not stop for a long time to prevent the concrete from segregation. The driver shall observe the concrete condition from time to time, report the abnormality to the main control room and apply for handling.

五、车内装有混凝土时，在现场停滞时间不得超过1小时，如超时应立刻要求现场负责人给予及时处理。

5、 When the vehicle is filled with concrete, the stagnation time on the site shall not exceed 1 hour. If it exceeds the time limit, the person in charge of the site shall be asked to deal with it in time.

六、小型混凝土搅拌机运送非泵送料时，从混凝土入罐到排出，气温高时不得超过2小时，超过2小时必须排出。阴雨天气温度低时，不得超过2.5小时。

6、 When transporting non pumping materials by small concrete mixer, the time from concrete entering tank to discharging shall not exceed 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it must be discharged after more than 2 hours. It should not exceed 2.5 hours in rainy weather and low temperature.

七、在排出混凝土之前，应使搅拌筒在10-12转/分的转速下转动1分钟，再进行排料。

7、 Before discharging the concrete, the mixing drum should be rotated at the speed of 10-12 rpm for 1 minute before discharging.

八、混凝土搅拌机出料结束，应立即用随车的软管放水将进料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位冲洗干净排去粘结在车身各处的污物及残留混凝土，保持车辆卫生。

8、 At the end of discharging of concrete mixer, the hose attached to the truck shall be used to drain water immediately to clean the inlet, discharge hopper and discharge chute and other parts, so as to drain the dirt and residual concrete adhered to the body and keep the vehicle clean.

九、司机运料过程中发现工地、道路、车辆等异常情况时，应及时通知主控室、调度、车队等相关部门人员，以提前做好生产调整应对。

9、 When the driver finds any abnormal conditions such as construction site, road and vehicle in the process of transporting materials, the driver shall timely inform the personnel of relevant departments such as the main control room, dispatching and fleet, so as to make production adjustment response in advance.

十、车辆司机每日应认真填好行车运料等相关记录，每日结束时及时报表。
