The full-automatic concrete mixer is used for a long time every day. In production, we should not only pay attention to maintenance, maintenance and other things, but also take into account the responsibilities of shift handover personnel and relevant personnel. Only by dealing with these things can we achieve efficiency and economy.

1、交接班时需要做到这些事情：

1. These things need to be done during shift handover:

每班应对各油水区分器及贮气筒排放油水1次，反省各油雾器可否正常喷油。

Each shift shall discharge oil and water from each oil-water separator and air reservoir once to check whether each oil mist can inject oil normally.

反省各减速箱可否漏油，有无异响。

Check whether each reduction gearbox leaks oil and makes abnormal noise.

反省各制动器行为可否活络可靠。

Reflect on whether the behavior of each brake is flexible and reliable.

2、清扫搅拌站各部位浆液、积灰。

2. Clean the slurry and ash in all parts of the mixing plant.

及时清洗搅拌罐内及整机表面的灰尘、沾附的砼和油污，防止砼干结，保持干净。

Timely clean the dust, concrete and oil stain in the mixing tank and on the surface of the whole machine to prevent the concrete from drying and keep it clean.

经常检查骨料提升钢丝绳磨损情况，必要时更新。

Regularly check the abrasion of aggregate lifting wire rope and update it if necessary.

检查各弧、秤斗等往复传动机构是否灵活，骨料提升机构工作是不是正常，紧固部位有无松动现象。

Check whether the reciprocating transmission mechanisms such as arc and scale bucket are flexible, whether the aggregate lifting mechanism works normally, and whether the fastening parts are loose.

检查搅拌机内叶片、衬板是否松动，定期调整叶片与衬板之间间隙，其间隙值为6㎜左右。并视磨损情况酌情更换。

Check whether the blades and lining plates in the mixer are loose, and regularly adjust the clearance between the blades and lining plates, with a clearance value of about 6mm. And replace as appropriate according to wear.

3、交代班一定在各操作人员任务岗亭对口进行，交代两边要仔细做到；

3. The assigned shift must be carried out in the task booth of each operator, and both sides of the assignment must be done carefully;

交出产义务及砼质量；

Delivery obligation and concrete quality;

交设备运转状况及留意事项；

Submit equipment operation status and precautions;

查运转记载能否准确；

Check whether the operation records are accurate;

查随机东西能否完全。

Check whether random things are complete.

交代人员仔细填写运转记载。

The responsible personnel shall carefully fill in the operation records.

交代班进程中，发现问题要查明缘由，协助处置，严重问题应向主管部分申报。

In the process of shift assignment, the cause of any problem found shall be found out and the disposal shall be assisted. Serious problems shall be reported to the competent department.

4、出产完毕后，停机前要实时清洗搅拌机内残存的砼，停机后将一切操作开关置于断路地位，并封闭各电源开关。

4. After production, the residual concrete in the mixer shall be cleaned in real time before shutdown. After shutdown, all operation switches shall be placed in the open position and all power switches shall be closed.

5、搅拌站维护检修功课一定在设备中止动转后进行，检修时一定电源、气路，吊挂避免合闸的警示牌，并有专人看守。

5. The maintenance and overhaul of the mixing plant must be carried out after the equipment stops running. During the overhaul, the power supply and gas circuit must be fixed, the warning sign to avoid switching on shall be hung, and a special person shall be assigned to watch.

6、维修维护用润滑油器械等应放在指定位置，废油棉纱应集中存放，按期措置，不准乱扔、乱泼。

6. Lubricating oil equipment for maintenance shall be placed at the designated position, and waste oil cotton yarn shall be stored in a centralized manner and disposed of on schedule. It is not allowed to throw or splash.
