If each accessory is used for a long time, there will be some problems. How to repair it after it is damaged?

一，液压系统或发动机故障的处理：

1、 Troubleshooting of hydraulic system or engine:

（1）打开自动上料搅拌车混合管检查孔盖，松开电机上高压软管的管接头，旋转搅拌筒，使搅拌筒的混合孔向下倾斜，排出混凝土搅拌筒的混合孔;

(1) Open the inspection hole cover of the mixing pipe of the automatic feeding mixer, loosen the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose on the motor, rotate the mixing drum, tilt the mixing hole of the mixing drum downward, and discharge the mixing hole of the concrete mixing drum;

（2）从电机上拆下故障车辆的高压软管，连接高压软管进行救援，将另一端连接到救援车的油泵，并将应急回油管的末端连接到故障车辆的电动机。回油管的另一端连接到救援车的油泵返回口，救援车用于控制故障车混合滚筒的旋转。

(2) Remove the high-pressure hose of the failed vehicle from the motor, connect the high-pressure hose for rescue, connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, and connect the end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor of the failed vehicle. The other end of the oil return pipe is connected to the oil pump return port of the rescue vehicle, which is used to control the rotation of the mixing drum of the faulty vehicle.

我们的现场测试发现，对于生产工厂中的所有工具，使用方法二大约需要1小时。如果施工现场的时间可能更长，建议使用方法一排出坩埚。

Our field test found that it takes about 1 hour to use method 2 for all tools in the production plant. If the time on the construction site may be longer, it is recommended to use method I to discharge the crucible.

二，电机故障：操作相对简单，救援车的电机可以拆除故障车，然后将各种油管连接起来，启动救援车可以将混合鼓内的痰液排出。

2、 Motor failure: the operation is relatively simple. The motor of the rescue vehicle can remove the failed vehicle, then connect various oil pipes, and start the rescue vehicle to discharge the sputum in the mixing drum.

简而言之，对于自动上料搅拌车，当发生故障时，应及时判断故障原因，并在故障之前采取措施排出自动上料搅拌车中的缺陷。
