So, engineers developed a new type of mixer, which is hydrogenation mixer. This kind of characteristic lies in the participation of hydrogen in the middle, which makes the gas and liquid can be cut by hydrogen to achieve a better reaction. Hydrogen in the hydrogenation mixer is a consumable, so it needs to be increased regularly to ensure the normal operation of the reaction kettle.

在加氢的时分需求先将反响釜的各个阀门封闭，且对其进行检查，排除漏气的状况。其次再降里边的无用空气利用真空的原理排光，此时方可将它的阀门翻开开始加氢。但刚开始加氢为测验，不需参加太多。参加少量之后测验密封性和压力是否正常。若是正常则继续往内加氢。

1、检查其各阀门是否关严，将排气软管指向空阔且空气流通的地方。

1. Check whether the valves are closed tightly, and point the exhaust hose to the place with wide air flow.

2、上氢气减压阀门、氮气压力阀，上好后，用肥皂水检查是否漏气。

2. Install the hydrogen pressure reducing valve and nitrogen pressure valve, and then use soapy water to check for air leakage.

3、在排气口用真空抽出液面上的空气。

3. Vacuum out the air on the liquid level at the exhaust port.

4、翻开它的进气阀，翻开氮气减压阀，充氮气，使内釜压力后，封闭氮气，减压阀，封闭进气阀，保持约两分钟，看压力表压力是否下降，另外釜盖是否漏气，如没漏，则缓慢翻开排气阀，将里边的压力分泌0.01Mpa时，封闭排气阀。此过程再重复1次。

4. Open its air inlet valve, open the nitrogen pressure reducing valve and fill it with nitrogen. After the pressure of the inner kettle is reached, close the nitrogen, pressure reducing valve and air inlet valve and keep them for about two minutes to see whether the pressure of the pressure gauge drops. In addition, check whether the kettle cover leaks air. If there is no leakage, slowly open the exhaust valve. When the pressure inside is secreted to 0.01Mpa, close the exhaust valve. Repeat this process one more time.

5、翻开进气阀，翻开氢气减压阀，充入氢气所需压力，封闭进气阀，封闭氢气减压阀，然后调试拌和器其它参数所需状态令其反响。

5, turn on the intake valve, turn on the hydrogen pressure reducing valve, charge the hydrogen to the required pressure, close the intake valve, seal the hydrogen pressure reducing valve, and then adjust other parameters of the mixer to respond to the required state.
