Small concrete mixer is a good vehicle for transporting and mixing concrete. Due to the strong adhesion of concrete, and the mixer often transports various kinds of concrete with different properties, the residue will be left on the truck whenever the concrete is transported off the truck. How to clean the concrete residue in the mixer truck? Two methods are introduced here

方法一：

Method 1

1、准备好紧急驱动软管，将小型混凝土搅拌车熄火，卸下液压马达上的高压油管接头。

1. Prepare the emergency drive hose, turn off the small concrete mixer, and remove the high pressure oil pipe connector on the hydraulic motor.

2、将救援车熄火，将其液压马达的高压油管卸下，并与故障车上的对应接头用紧急驱动软管相连。

2. Turn off the fire of the rescue vehicle, remove the high-pressure oil pipe of its hydraulic motor, and connect it with the corresponding connector on the fault vehicle with emergency drive hose.

3、发动救援车，将其操纵手柄拨出料位置，故障车内的混凝土即被排出。

3. Start the rescue vehicle, turn its control handle to the discharging position, and the concrete in the fault vehicle will be discharged.

4、紧急驱动完毕后，将驱动软管卸下，并恢复两车原状。

方法二：

Method 2

在托轮和滚道之间放入木楔，以控制搅拌筒的旋转；将发动机熄火，拆松液压马达的一根高压油管，小型混凝土搅拌车搅拌筒可自由旋转，控制搅拌筒的旋转，使维修孔转到下部，然后打开维修孔，清理出筒内混凝土。混凝土排出完毕后，恢复原状。

Put a wooden wedge between the supporting roller and the raceway to control the rotation of the mixing drum; turn off the engine and loosen a high-pressure oil pipe of the hydraulic motor, and the mixing drum of the small-sized concrete mixer truck can rotate freely to control the rotation of the mixing drum to make the maintenance hole turn to the lower part, and then open the maintenance hole to clean out the concrete in the cylinder. After the concrete is discharged, it shall be restored to its original state.

这两种方法都可以将小型混凝土搅拌车内的混凝土残渣清理掉，没有残留，在清理之前要停止行驶搅拌车，将搅拌车里面清理干净之后再运输搅拌下一堆混凝土，防止残留的旧的混凝土混入新的混凝土中。

These two methods can clean up the concrete residue in the small concrete mixer truck, and there is no residue. Before cleaning, stop driving the mixer truck, clean up the inside of the mixer truck, and then transport and mix the next pile of concrete to prevent the residual old concrete from mixing into the new concrete.
