2、定时查看项目。定时查看混凝土搅拌机各减速箱及各润滑部位润滑油能否足够；要定时查看强制式搅拌机的发起搅拌电动机,两根半轴旋转方向应与标牌指示方向共同,如方向不对,应改动电源接线。

2. View items regularly. Regularly check whether the lubricating oil in the reducer and lubricating parts of the concrete mixer is enough; regularly check the starting mixing motor of the forced mixer, and the rotation direction of the two half shafts should be the same as the direction indicated by the label. If the direction is wrong, the power wiring should be changed.

3、发起卸料安排,卸料门开闭应精确到位。发起水泵吊水,供水系统应正常工作；按所需砼配比断定供水量,并调理时间继电器到相应的给水时间。发起搅拌电机工作。

3. Initiate discharge arrangement, and the discharge door shall be opened and closed accurately. The water supply system should work normally when the water pump is started to lift water; the water supply quantity should be determined according to the required concrete ratio, and the time relay should be adjusted to the corresponding water supply time. Start the mixing motor to work.
