Therefore, even when transporting the already mixed concrete, the mixer truck will keep rotating to prevent the concrete from sticking in the mixing tank, occupying space and reducing the volume of the mixing tank.

而在使用搅拌车运送混凝土的时候，搅拌罐也会采用回转密封技术，将搅拌车的进出料口牢牢密封住，减少水份蒸发，从而进一步水泥固化的问题。

When using the mixer truck to transport concrete, the mixing tank will also use the rotary sealing technology to firmly seal the inlet and outlet of the mixer truck to reduce water evaporation, so as to further solve the problem of cement solidification.

同时，为了延长搅拌车的寿命，在每次装料前，都需要用水冲洗进料口，使进料口在装料时保持湿润。到工地卸料后，人们还需要对出料槽以及搅拌罐记性清洗，一般的方法是往内加清洗用水，然后在车辆回程时，保持混凝土搅拌罐慢速转动。当然有时也会在运输途中进行干料搅拌以清洗系统。

After unloading at the construction site, people also need to clean the discharge tank and mixing tank. The general method is to add water for cleaning, and then keep the concrete mixing tank running slowly when the vehicle returns. Of course, sometimes dry mixing is carried out during transportation to clean the system.
