一：将搅拌车电器用塑料薄膜遮罩，然后用半湿性毛巾压盖于薄膜上侧，以防高压水冲进分电器，致使搅拌车难以启动。

二：大型混凝土搅拌车，使用高压水枪由搅拌车发动机侧面按从上到下的顺序将引擎室内侧及搅拌车发动机外表的附着类污物冲净。

三：直接将大型混凝土搅拌车发动机外部清洗剂均匀喷洒于浸湿后的搅拌车发动机及引擎室周边，待三分钟后，用纤维毛刷清洗引擎室内所能触及到的所有部件。

四：大型自动混凝土搅拌车，用高压水枪快速冲净刷洗掉的污物。

五：将大型自动混凝土搅拌车发动机外部清洗剂喷洒于引擎表面，操作步骤同上，周而复始，直将搅拌车发动机外表清洗干净。

六：将冲洗干净的搅拌车发动机用半湿性毛巾擦干，并用吸尘吸水风干机将手不易触及到的地方吸干，然后风干。
