充电作业要注意用电，保护人体不受伤害，设备不受损坏。电源插座应完好可靠。电源线绝缘良好，不能用任何破损之处。搅拌车充电机使用前要用试电笔检查一下机壳，防止漏电伤人。充电时应先接好蓄电池电路，然后在插接电源线。充电结束时应先拔下电源线，然后再拆开蓄电池电路，要按照使用说明书正确使用充电机，严防充电机输出端发生短路。如果采用并联充电，接入各个蓄电池的电压要与充电机的输出电压相符，同时并联的蓄电池个数不鞥超过充电机的大负载容量。
