混凝土搅拌车,又名田螺车,是用于运送建筑用混凝土的专用汽车。通常在载重汽车的底盘上装有恒定转速的搅拌筒、能均匀排料的螺旋叶片和液压动力系统等专用设备,用于搅拌混凝土的罐式汽车。
Concrete mixer, also known as snail truck, is a special vehicle used to transport construction concrete. The truck chassis is usually equipped with mixing drum with constant speed, spiral blade with uniform discharge, hydraulic power system and other special equipment for mixing concrete.
在运输过程中会始终保持搅拌筒转动,以保证运载的混凝土不会凝固。运送完混凝土后,通常都要用水冲洗搅拌筒内部,防止硬化的混凝土占用空间,使搅拌筒的容积越来越少。
In the process of transportation, the mixing drum will always rotate to ensure that the concrete transported will not set. Structural components of concrete mixer truck
混凝土搅拌车主要由底盘与上装部分组成,简单地可以分为:底盘系统、液压传动系统、搅拌罐体、出料系统、清洗系统、副车架、操纵系统、托轮系统、进料系统、电路系统十个部分组成。搅拌罐前端与减速机联接安装在机架前台上,后端通过滚道由安装在机架后台的两个托轮支撑。
Concrete mixer truck is mainly composed of chassis and upper part, which can be simply divided into ten parts: chassis system, hydraulic transmission system, mixing tank body, discharging system, cleaning system, subframe, control system, supporting wheel system, feeding system and circuit system. The front end of the mixing tank is connected with the reducer and installed on the front of the rack, and the rear end is supported by two supporting wheels installed at the back of the frame through the raceway.
通常包括汽车底盘、搅拌筒、传动系统、供水装置等四大件,由于技术瓶颈,国产搅拌车罐体容积3m3-8m3的采用国产四大件,8m3以上容积的采用的四大件大部分为进口部件。
It usually includes four major parts, such as automobile chassis, mixing drum, transmission system and water supply device. Due to the technical bottleneck, domestic four large parts are used for domestic mixer with tank volume of 3m3-8m3, and most of the four parts with volume above 8m3 are imported parts.
1、底盘系统:搅拌车的主要组成部分,整个混凝土搅拌车的运输功能就是由底盘来实现的。
1. Chassis system: the main component of the mixer, the transportation function of the whole concrete mixer truck is realized by the chassis.
2、液压传动系统:将经取力器取出的发动机动力,转化为液压能(排量和压力),再经马达输出为机械能(转速和扭矩),为搅拌筒转动提供动力。
2. Hydraulic transmission system: the engine power taken out by the power take-off is converted into hydraulic energy (displacement and pressure), and then output to mechanical energy (speed and torque) by motor to provide power for the rotation of mixing drum.
3、搅拌罐体:搅拌筒是整个搅拌运输车的关键部件,是存储混凝土的容器,对防止混凝土固化、离析起着决定性的作用。罐体内部有叶片,主要起搅拌与导料的作用。
3. Mixing tank: the mixing drum is the key part of the whole mixing truck, and it is the container for storing concrete, which plays a decisive role in preventing the concrete from solidifying and separating. There are blades inside the tank, which mainly play the role of mixing and guiding materials.
4、出料系统:主要由主卸料槽、副卸料槽、锁紧杆等组成,副卸料槽起延长主卸料槽的长度的作用。
4. Discharge system: it is mainly composed of main discharge trough, auxiliary discharge groove and locking rod, etc. the auxiliary discharge groove plays the role of extending the length of main discharge groove.
5、清洗系统:清洗系统主要由压力水箱、水枪、水管、阀等组成。采用气压供水,主要作用是在装完料后冲洗料斗及出料完毕后冲洗拌筒、卸料槽,防止混凝土粘结。
5. Cleaning system: the cleaning system is mainly composed of pressure water tank, water gun, water pipe, valve, etc. The pneumatic water supply is mainly used to flush the hopper after loading and the mixing drum and discharge tank after discharging, so as to prevent the concrete from sticking.
6、副车架:搅拌车副车架是主要的承重部分,作业时的载荷几乎都是通过它来支撑再传递给底盘。副车架还起到缓解路面的颠簸、减速形成的冲击载荷的作用。整个副车架由主梁、前台支撑架、后台支撑架组成。
6. Sub frame: the sub frame of the mixer is the main load-bearing part, and the load during operation is almost all supported by it and then transferred to the chassis. The subframe also plays a role in relieving the impact load caused by bumpy road surface and deceleration. The whole sub frame is composed of main beam, front support frame and back support frame.
7、操纵系统:操作系统由控制器、联动轴、软轴及连杆机构组成,主要控制搅拌筒的转速及旋转方向。
7. Control system: the operation system is composed of controller, linkage shaft, flexible shaft and connecting rod mechanism, which mainly controls the rotation speed and rotation direction of the mixing drum.
8、托轮系统:搅拌罐后部与副车架连接的部位,主要起支撑滚筒体的作用。
8. Supporting roller system: the part connecting the rear part of the mixing tank and the sub frame, mainly plays the role of supporting the drum body.
9、进料系统:主要由进料斗与支架组成,进料斗由于受冲击磨损较大,材料要求耐磨性好,支架主要起减轻冲击力的作用。
9. Feeding system: it is mainly composed of feeding hopper and support. Due to the impact wear of feeding hopper is large, the material requirement is good wear resistance, and the support mainly plays the role of reducing impact force.
10、电路系统:主要指搅拌车的整个的电路,包括整车的尾灯,侧标志灯、示廊灯、冷却风扇电机等。
10. Circuit system: mainly refers to the whole circuit of the mixer, including tail lamp, side marker lamp, corridor lamp, cooling fan motor, etc.
