During the transportation process, the rotation speed of the mixing drum shall be kept at 2-3 rpm on the smooth road surface. When the truck is traveling on the road with a side slope greater than 50 or swinging the road surface with large shaking, the mixing rotation shall be stopped and the mixing rotation shall be conducted after the road conditions are improved. Before starting, put the mixing drum operating handle in the "stop" position. After starting the engine, the mixing drum should be rolled at low speed for about 10 minutes, and the hydraulic oil temperature can be increased to above 20 ℃.

车内装有混凝土时，在现场不得停留超越1小时，如超时应立即请求现场负责人给予及时处理。自动上料搅拌车运送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。从混凝土入罐到排出，气温高时不得超越2小时，阴雨气候温度低时，不得超越2.5小时。运送混凝土途中，搅拌筒不得长时间停转，以防混凝土发生离析现象。司机应经常调查混凝土状况，发现异常及时通报调度室，请求做出处理。

When the vehicle is filled with concrete, it is not allowed to stay at the site for more than 1 hour. If it exceeds the time limit, the person in charge of the site shall be asked to deal with it in time. The slump of concrete transported by automatic loading mixer shall not be less than 8cm. From the concrete entering the tank to discharging, it shall not exceed 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it shall not exceed 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in rainy climate. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be stopped for a long time to prevent concrete segregation. The driver shall often investigate the concrete condition, report to the control room in time if any abnormality is found, and request to deal with it.

自动上料搅拌车在露天停放时，装料前应将搅拌筒回转，将积水和杂物排出，以保证混凝土的质量。在运送混凝土时，要保证滑斗放置结实，防止因松动形成摇摆，在跋涉中打伤行人或影响其它车辆正常运转。出料结束，应立即用随车的软管放水将进料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位冲洗干净，再向搅拌筒内灌150-200L的清水，让搅拌筒慢速滚动，以清洗内壁。

使用自动搅拌车的8个注意事项

8 points for attention in using automatic mixer

1、液压系统压力应符合使用说明书中的规定，不得随意调整。液压油的油质和油量应符合原定要求。

1. The pressure of the hydraulic system should be in accordance with the provisions of the operation manual, and should not be adjusted at will. The quality and quantity of hydraulic oil should meet the original requirements.

2、搅拌车装料前，应先排净拌筒内残存的积水和杂物。在运输过程中要不停的转动，以防混凝土离析。搅拌车到达工地和卸料之前，应先使拌筒全速以14—18转/分转动1—2分钟，然后再进行反转卸料。反转之前，应使搅拌筒停稳不转。

2. Before the mixing truck is loaded, the residual water and sundries in the mixing drum shall be drained. In the process of transportation, keep rotating to prevent concrete segregation. Before the mixer truck arrives at the construction site and unloads, the mixing drum shall be rotated at full speed at 14-18 rpm for 1-2 minutes, and then reverse unloading shall be carried out. Before reversing, the mixing drum should be stopped stably.

3、环境温度高于+25摄氏度，从装料、运输、到卸料延续时间不得超过60分钟，环境温度低于+25摄氏度，上述时间不得超过90分钟。

3. If the ambient temperature is higher than + 25 ℃, the duration from loading, transportation to unloading shall not exceed 60 minutes; if the ambient temperature is lower than + 25 ℃, the above time shall not exceed 90 minutes.

4、冬期施工时，应切实做到：开机前检查是否结冰;下班时认真排除拌筒内及供水系统内残存积水，关闭水泵开关，将控制手柄置于“停止”位置。

5、在施工现场卸料完毕后，应立即用搅拌车随带的软管冲洗进料斗、出料斗、卸料溜槽等处，粘附在车身各处的污泥及混凝土。在返回搅拌站的途中，应向搅拌筒内注L水以清洗筒壁及叶片粘结的混凝土残渣。

5. After unloading at the construction site, the inlet hopper, discharge hopper and discharge chute should be flushed with the hose attached to the mixer to remove the sludge and concrete adhering to the vehicle body. On the way back to the mixing plant, L water should be injected into the mixing drum to clean the concrete residue bonded by the cylinder wall and blades.

6、每天工作结束后，司机应负责向搅拌筒内注入清水并高速(14—18转/分)旋转5—10分钟，然后将水排去，以保证筒内清洁。用高压水清洗搅拌筒各个部分时，应注意避开仪表及操纵杆等部位。压力水喷嘴与车身油漆表面间的距离不得小于40厘米。

6. At the end of each day's work, the driver should inject fresh water into the mixing drum and rotate it at high speed (14-18 RPM) for 5-10 minutes, and then drain the water to ensure the cleanness of the drum. When cleaning each part of the mixing drum with high pressure water, pay attention to avoid the instrument and control rod. The distance between the pressure water nozzle and the paint surface of the vehicle body shall not be less than 40 cm.

7、搅拌筒内外积污及残存的混凝土渣块时，以及在机修人员进入筒内进行检修和焊补作业时，需先关闭汽车发动机，使搅拌筒完全停止转动。在机修人员进入筒内工作期间，必须保证拌筒内通风良好，空气新鲜，无可然气体及有害灰尘，氧气供应充足。在筒内使用电动工具操作时，操作人员必须有良好的绝缘保护。

7. When removing the dirt inside and outside the mixing drum and the remaining concrete slag, and when the machine maintenance personnel enter the cylinder for maintenance and welding repair, it is necessary to turn off the automobile engine to stop the mixing drum completely. During the period when the machine maintenance personnel enter the cylinder, they must ensure that the mixing drum is well ventilated, the air is fresh, there is no natural gas and harmful dust, and the oxygen supply is sufficient. When using electric tools in the cylinder, the operator must have good insulation protection.

8、工作时，不得将手伸入旋转的搅拌筒内，严禁将手伸入主卸料溜槽和加长卸料溜槽的连接部位，以免发生事故。
