一、出车前注意检查

1、 Check before driving

1、细心检查及时发现排除故障。

1. Check carefully, find and remove the fault in time.

千万不能重车坏在路上，否则出现闷罐就麻烦了，混凝土一般停罐不能超过2个小时，C40往上级别的混凝土基本就不能停。

Do not break down on the road with heavy vehicles, otherwise it will be troublesome to have a stuffy tank. Generally, the concrete tank can't be stopped for more than 2 hours, and the C40 concrete can't be stopped basically.

点火之前先检查机油、防冻液、润滑油和冷却水等，发现不足时，应重新进行添加。

Before ignition, check the engine oil, antifreeze, lubricating oil and cooling water, and add them again if insufficient.

车子启动后，再让罐子低速旋转，围绕着车检查轮胎气压，是否有漏气的胎，再用螺丝刀剔掉在胎缝里的石子，检查是否有铁钉之类扎在胎里!

用抹布擦干净两边的后视镜，窗户玻璃，工地路况复杂，光线不好，视线一定要保证!

2、保证水箱里有足够的水，有减水剂。

因各种原因料太干，没有水添加放不出料的时候，减水剂就是救命稻草了，要不然闷罐就等着一万大洋吧。

3、确认搅拌罐处于停止状态。

因为发动机启动时万一罐子处于高速旋转状态，瞬间的力会很大的，伤减速机。

二、装料时记得清洁

2、 Remember to clean when loading

1、装料前应先将搅拌筒反转。

1. The mixing drum should be reversed before loading.

特别车辆是露天停放，有下雨，要先把罐里的积水可能的树叶之类的杂物排出，以免影响混凝土质量。

Especially when the vehicle is parked in the open air, if it rains, the accumulated water in the tank should be drained out first, so as not to affect the concrete quality.

2、装完料要记得冲洗进料斗。

2. Remember to flush the hopper after loading.

洗完后要关掉水箱进气口，打开水箱排气口排掉气体，因为气压下，水管连接不好的地方，容易渗水，影响其他车辆的安 全。

After washing, turn off the air inlet of the water tank and open the air outlet of the water tank to drain the gas, because under the pressure, the water pipe is not well connected, which is easy to seep, affecting the safety of other vehicles.

再次检查轮胎的石子铁钉，因为停车时轮胎与地面接触的地方是检查不到的。

Check the stones and iron nails of the tire again, because the contact between the tire and the ground can't be detected when parking.

三、行车中一定要慢

3、 Be sure to drive slowly

1、拐弯的时候一定要慢。

1. Make sure you slow down when you turn the corner.

搅拌车重 心高，易侧翻!入弯之前提前减速减挡，尽量别拐弯的时候踩刹车。随时通过后视镜注意观察罐子是否在转，把转速尽量调慢，转速过高，车辆容易摆动。

High center of gravity, easy to roll! Slow down and downshift in advance before entering the corner. Try not to step on the brake when turning. Always observe whether the can is rotating through the rear-view mirror, and try to slow down the speed. If the speed is too high, the vehicle is easy to swing.

倾斜角大的路段停下罐，满载料时走到倾斜角度大的路段，先把罐停住。搅拌车本来重 心就高，停止罐体的转动有利于保持车辆的平稳性。

Stop the tank at the section with large inclination angle. When the tank is fully loaded, stop the tank at the section with large inclination angle. The center of gravity of the mixer is high, so stopping the rotation of the tank is conducive to maintaining the stability of the vehicle.

2、烂路用合适低速挡通过。

2. The bad road passes in a proper low gear.

遇到路面不平，坑坑洼洼地方用合适的低速挡通过，保证车随时有爆发力。木板，尖石子一定要避让，尤其重车!

In case of uneven road surface and potholes, use appropriate low gear to ensure the explosive power of the car at any time. Boards and sharp stones must be avoided, especially heavy vehicles!

3、上坡是提前减档。

3. Upslope is downshifting ahead of time.

如果拉得满的话，注意起步要平缓，上坡更要注意，不能乱减档，提前减档。而且加快灌子的转速，已免混凝土流出。

If it's full, pay attention to start gently, and pay more attention to uphill. Don't downshift disorderly, downshift ahead of time. And speed up the speed of the pouring, has prevented concrete outflow.

4、下坡切勿重车空挡滑行。

4. When going downhill, do not slide in neutral with heavy vehicles.

长时间行驶或者下坡前都要习惯的测试一下刹车。切勿重车空挡滑行下坡，下坡拐弯时提前减速再减挡再减速，带挡刹车效果好。

Before driving for a long time or going downhill, you should get used to testing the brake. Don't slide downhill in neutral gear with heavy vehicles. When turning downhill, slow down ahead of time, then reduce gear, and then slow down again. The braking effect with gear is good.

5、一定要注意限高问题。

四、进工地多查多看

4、 Check and see more when you enter the construction site

1、进工地时尽量走路中间。

1. Try to walk in the middle when entering the construction site.

工地道路简易，路基松软，现在搅拌车都做到20多方了，靠近路边，道路容易被压塌方了，导致车辆侧翻。

The road on the construction site is simple, and the subgrade is soft. Now the mixer truck has done more than 20 ways. Close to the roadside, the road is easy to collapse, leading to vehicle rollover.

2、提前下车查看倒车线路。

2. Get off ahead of time to check the reversing line.

搅拌车多半是晚上工作，到了工地后，先下车拿电筒，查看倒车路线，那里有障碍物，有坑或者比较松软的地方，都得记着，遇到钢筋钉子之内的及时清理。

Mixer mostly works in the evening. When you get to the construction site, get out of the car to get a flashlight and check the reversing route. If there are obstacles, pits or soft places, you have to remember to clean up in time when you encounter steel nails.

3、在倒车的时候一定要慢。

别总是把头伸出窗外，要看着两边后视镜一起兼顾，实在不确定就停车看清楚再倒，好多路面是挖掘机刚刚铺的比较软，车容易陷。

Don't always stick your head out of the window. Look at the rear-view mirrors on both sides. If you're not sure, stop and look clearly. Many roads are just paved by excavators, so the car is easy to sink.

用一档起步(这时候可以把罐子停下，一档大油门时罐子会转得很快，车子会更不稳定)，缓慢而匀速的行驶，倒车路线尽量直线，若要反复打 倒车时，方向盘不要打死或打太过，在松软路面容易憋熄火，轰大油门倒出时，车速过快，撞到东西。

Start in first gear (you can stop the can at this time, and the can will turn very fast when the first gear is high throttle, and the car will be more unstable). Drive slowly and evenly, and reverse the car as straight as possible. If you want to knock down the car repeatedly, don't hit the steering wheel too hard or too much.
