Concrete automatic mixer is a machine that mixes cement, sand, gravel aggregate and water and mixes them into concrete mixture. It is mainly composed of mixing drum, loading and unloading mechanism, water supply system, prime mover, transmission mechanism, frame and support device. Only safe and reasonable operation of the equipment can improve the operation performance of the equipment. The following small series will introduce the safe operation rules of the equipment.

3.运输混凝土时，请牢固放置，以免倾斜的槽松动，伤害行人或在行驶时影响其他车辆的正常运行，同时洒落混凝土。注意不要污染地面。

3. When transporting concrete, please place it firmly to prevent the inclined groove from loosening, hurting pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles while driving, and spilling concrete at the same time. Be careful not to pollute the ground.

4.搅拌车运输混凝土所需的时间不能超过搅拌站规定的时间。在运输混凝土期间，请勿长时间停止搅拌桶，以防止混凝土偏析。驾驶员应不时观察具体情况，向控制室报告任何异常情况并申请处理。

4. The time required for concrete transportation by mixer truck shall not exceed the time specified in the mixing plant. During the transportation of concrete, do not stop the mixing bucket for a long time to prevent concrete segregation. The driver shall observe the specific conditions from time to time, report any abnormal conditions to the control room and apply for handling.

5.如果车辆装有混凝土，则停滞时间不应超过一小时。如果时间流逝，现场人员将需要及时采取行动。

5. If the vehicle is equipped with concrete, the dead time shall not exceed one hour. If time passes, field personnel will need to take timely action.

6.当搅拌车运输未泵送的物料时，如果混凝土的入口和出口之间的温度很高，则不应超过2小时。如果雨中温度较低，则不应超过2.5小时。

6. When the mixer truck transports non pumped materials, if the temperature between the inlet and outlet of concrete is very high, it shall not exceed 2 hours. If the temperature in the rain is low, it shall not exceed 2.5 hours.

7.排放混凝土之前，在排放前以10-12rpm的转速旋转搅拌桶1分钟。

8.混凝土全自动搅拌车卸出后，立即使用连接到车辆的软管冲洗入口，卸料斗和卸料斜槽，以车身上的污垢和残留的混凝土，并保持车辆的卫生。

8. After the full-automatic concrete mixer truck is unloaded, immediately flush the inlet, discharge hopper and discharge chute with the hose connected to the vehicle to remove the dirt and residual concrete on the vehicle body and maintain the sanitation of the vehicle.
