1、生产加工应力毁坏
1. Production and processing stress destruction
在搅拌机生产加工过程中,由于钢丝绳卷筒、冲压模具、电焊焊接造成很多的内应力,这种应力在搪瓷前要,如不完全会造成搪瓷爆瓷。这类毁坏通常造成在资金投入利用后的头三个月。因此对坯体开展热处理工艺或调质处理能防止爆瓷。
During the production and processing of the mixer, a lot of internal stress is caused by steel wire rope drum, stamping die and electric welding. This stress should be solved before enamel. Incomplete removal will cause enamel explosion. Such destruction is usually caused in the first three months after the funds are put into use. Therefore, carrying out heat treatment or quenching and tempering treatment on the green body can prevent porcelain explosion.
2、热应力毁坏

全自动搅拌车经900℃高溫培烧,制冷后搪瓷与钢板粘接在一起。由于搪瓷的热膨胀系数跟增加率低于钢板,因而制冷后搪玻璃反应釜的形变量低于钢板的形变量,搪瓷遭受钢板的拘束造成压应力。搪瓷釜做成后,其搪玻璃反应釜即存有预缩紧应力,而钢板则存有预拉申应力。由于预应力与热膨胀系数跟增加率相关,热膨胀系数跟增加率与溫度又紧密相关,因而搪瓷釜的操作温度对搪瓷釜的利用危害非常大。倘若因溫度变动大进而搪瓷造成的应力超出其利用应力,搪瓷将被毁坏。
The full-automatic mixer is baked at 900 ℃ and bonded with steel plate after refrigeration. Because the prestress and thermal expansion coefficient are related to the increase rate, and the thermal expansion coefficient is closely related to the increase rate and temperature, the operating temperature of the enamel kettle is very harmful to the utilization of the enamel kettle. If the stress caused by enamel exceeds its utilization stress due to large temperature change, the enamel will be destroyed.
3、机械设备毁坏
3. Destruction of mechanical equipment
搪瓷抗撞击力十分差,一切金属材料、硬块对其开展碰撞均会造成搪瓷损坏。因而搅拌机利用过程中严防一切金属材料、硬块掉进釜内,如遇物料阻塞,务必用塑胶棒通畅,考試时盖好盖子,严防焊疤熔融瓷面展现凹坑或爆瓷。

4、静电感应穿刺术

全自动搅拌车内拌和含有悬浮固体的液态,悬浮固体与搪瓷明显的摩擦,另外悬浮固体本身也造成摩擦,那样就造成很多的静电作用,高的静电作用对搪瓷造成明显的穿刺术功效,进而造成搪瓷缝隙腐蚀,因而拌和转速比不适合太快。
When mixing the liquid containing suspended solids in the full-automatic mixer, the suspended solids have obvious friction with the enamel. In addition, the suspended solids themselves also cause friction, which will cause a lot of electrostatic effects. The high electrostatic effect will cause obvious puncture effect on the enamel, resulting in crevice corrosion of the enamel. Therefore, the mixing speed ratio is not suitable to be too fast.
