Mixer truck is a special vehicle. Not all drivers who can drive will drive the mixer truck. Improper operation will cause rollover, excessive wear of hydraulic pump, motor and reducer, and even serious consequences.

1.起动搅拌车之前，应把搅拌筒操作手柄放在“停止”位置。

2.搅拌车起动发动机后，应使搅拌筒在低速下转动10分钟左右，使液压油温升到20℃以上后方可工作。

3.搅拌车在露天停放时，装料前应将搅拌筒反转，将积水和杂物排出，以保证混凝土的质量。

4.搅拌车在运输混凝土时，要保证滑斗放置牢固，防止因松动造成摆动，在行进中打伤行人或影响其它车辆正常运行。

4. When transporting concrete, the mixer shall ensure that the sliding bucket is firmly placed to prevent swinging due to looseness, injuring pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles.

5. 搅拌车装运搅拌好的混凝土时，搅拌筒转速为2-10转/分，在运输过程中，平坦路面上搅拌筒转速保证在2-3转/分，行驶在侧倾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃动较大的路面时，应停止搅拌旋转，待路况好转后再恢复搅拌旋转。

5. When the mixer truck transports the mixed concrete, the speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 R / min. during transportation, the speed of the mixing drum on the flat road shall be 2-3 R / min. when driving on the road with a side slope greater than 50 or the road with large shaking left and right, the mixing and rotation shall be stopped, and the mixing and rotation shall be resumed after the road conditions improve.

6. 混凝土搅拌车运送混凝土的时间不能超过搅拌站规定的时间。运送混凝土途中，搅拌筒不得长时间停转，以防混凝土产生离析现象。司机应时常观察混凝土情况，发现异常及时通报调度室，申请做出处理。

6. The time for transporting concrete by concrete mixer truck shall not exceed the time specified in the mixing plant. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not stop for a long time to prevent segregation of concrete. The driver shall always observe the concrete condition, timely report any abnormality to the dispatching room and apply for handling.

7. 搅拌车车内装有混凝土时，在现场停滞时间不得超过1小时，如超时应立即要求现场负责人给予及时处理。

8. 搅拌车运送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。从混凝土入罐到排出，气温高时不得超过2小时排出，阴雨天气温度低时，不得超过2.5小时。

8. The slump of concrete transported by mixer truck shall not be less than 8cm. The concrete shall not be discharged for more than 2 hours when the temperature is high and 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in cloudy and rainy weather.

9. 搅拌车在排出混凝土之前，应使搅拌筒在10-12转/分的转速下转动1分钟，再进行排料。

9. Before discharging concrete, the mixer shall rotate the mixing drum at the speed of 10-12 rpm for 1 minute before discharging.

10. 混凝土搅拌车出料完毕，应立即用随车的软管放水将进料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位冲洗干净，排去粘结在车身各处的污物及残留混凝土，再向搅拌筒内注水150-200L的清水，在返回途中要让搅拌筒慢速转动，以清洗内壁，避免残余料渣附在筒壁和搅拌叶上，并在再一次装料前将这些水放掉。

10. After the discharge of the concrete mixer truck, immediately flush the feed inlet, discharge hopper and discharge chute with the hose attached to the truck, discharge the dirt and residual concrete bonded to the vehicle body, and then inject 150-200l of clean water into the mixing drum. On the way back, let the mixing drum rotate slowly to clean the inner wall and avoid residual slag attached to the drum wall and mixing blade, And drain the water before loading again.

11. 混凝土搅拌车运送混凝土时，发动机转速在1000-1400转/分范围内工作，以使发动机有扭距，在运送混凝土过程中，车速不得超过40km/h，以保行车。

11. When the concrete mixer transports concrete, the engine speed shall be within the range of 1000-1400 rpm to make the engine have torque. In the process of transporting concrete, the speed shall not exceed 40km / h to ensure driving.

12. 水泥搅拌车工作完毕，应把搅拌筒内部和车身清洗干净，不能使剩余的混凝土留在筒内。

13. 水泥搅拌车在水泵工作时，禁止空转，连续使用时不要超过15分钟。

14. 混凝土搅拌车水箱的水量要经常保持装满，以备急用，冬季停机后，应将水箱、水泵、水管、搅拌筒内的水放净，并停放在朝阳、不积水的地方，以免冻坏机械。

14. The water volume of the water tank of the concrete mixer truck shall always be kept full for emergency use. After shutdown in winter, the water in the water tank, water pump, water pipe and mixing drum shall be drained and parked in the sunny place without ponding to avoid freezing the machine.

15. 搅拌车在冬季应及时安装保温套，并使用防冻液对搅拌车加以保护，根据天气变化更换燃油标号，确保机械的正常使用。

15. In winter, the mixer truck shall be timely installed with insulation sleeve, protected with antifreeze, and the fuel grade shall be changed according to the weather change to ensure the normal use of the machinery.

16. 在检查、修理水泥搅拌车液压传动部分时，应使发动机和液压泵在没有压力的情况下进行。

16. When inspecting and repairing the hydraulic transmission part of cement mixer truck, the engine and hydraulic pump shall be operated without pressure.

17. 在调整混凝土搅拌车各部间隙、行程、压力时，应由专职员检查同意;更换机件时，由部长或主管经理签字，否则出现问题后追究有关人员责任。

17. When adjusting the clearance, stroke and pressure of each part of the concrete mixer, the full-time personnel shall check and agree; When replacing parts, the director or manager in charge shall sign, otherwise relevant personnel shall be investigated for responsibility in case of problems.
