2、混凝土在进行了运输的过程里，其罐体是须禁止停动的，因为罐体停转是会导致了混凝土出现凝结的情况，在停转之后在重新启动也会对减速机和液压系统造成了一定的冲击性，会损坏了马达以及液压泵。

4、自上料搅拌车在公路上进行行驶的时候，其加长溜槽应该是要放置在卸料溜槽的支架上面并且是使用挂钩挂牢固的，不能够让挂在主排料溜槽上运作。主排料溜槽需要旋转到一个固定的位置，在拉下将其定位的手柄，将锁紧手柄瘫痪变幅机构锁起，以免防止了因为其不固定的摇摆造成了事故以及影响到了其他车辆的正常行驶。

5、满载的混凝土正在是正转的时候若是需要反转，那么就需要操控手柄使其能够正传挺稳之后，在操控手柄让其反转。不可再进行正转的时候操控手柄让其反转。
